Modern double-glazed windows are very good looking, convenient, air-tight and sound-proof. But as a rule they are installed in the houses with the classical system of natural exhaust ventilation (grilles in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet). This system is designed for the fresh air intake through the gaps in old windows. Double-gazed windows almost do not let the air come inside and thus the exhaust system doesn’t run. All the odors, carbonic acid gas and water vapor accumulate inside and as a result we have stuffy air, high humidity, perspiration water on the walls and windows and even mould fungi.

is based on the obvious facts: the main source of the air pollution in the apartment is human himself and the main air pollutants are water vapors of breath, laundry, cooking etc. along with carbon acid gas and odors.
All the units of such system are operated without power supply but automatically by means of sensor-drive made of polyamide bands that is sensitive to the level of humidity (i.e. the presence of people and intensity of their activity)
Humidity sensitive system makes the ventilation intelligent the rooms where people are present are ventilated more. The empty rooms are ventilated less which allows considerable savings on ventilated air heating (from 15% to 40%).
